Semiconductor Technology Primers (CMOS Basics and ATMP) 1&2&3 of 4 part sessions

I repeated the Semiconductor Technology Primers at the encouragement of Dr Sangeeta Semwal at Ministry of Electronics & IT – and Invest India teams. The backdrop is the Indian aspiration for enabling its semiconductor ecosystem – driven partly by the visible risks of an overdependence on potentially geo-politically volatile imports.

The YouTube video for the Semiconductor Packaging session (primer part 2/4)  is shared above for reference.

For most part the slides are the same as the ones presented last year and can be accessed at the earlier post.

Semiconductor Packaging – An Industry Primer

The YouTube video and the slides for the Semiconductor Technology & Manufacturing-Concepts and Practice (Primer Part 1/4) can be accessed at the following post.

Semiconductors- An industry Primer

Do note that I will be repeating a wide-band gap semiconductors primer as well. MEITY is on the verge of announcing its policy/programs for enabling these projects for potential investors and this will be a relevant session for stakeholders interested in a understanding these technologies, their markets and India opportunities. Of course, the India opportunity is covered by me in far greater detail in my whitepapers for MEITY and industry associations.

Wide Band-Gap Semiconductors – An Opportunity for India?

I am also preparing and will deliver a MEMS semiconductor training sessions later this year.

I recommend that interested readers subscribe to my YouTube channel and my website for auto-alerts as the program shapes up and for related content.
