Led a door-knock session for the AMAT senior management with Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister of Railways, Electronics & IT and Telecom.
We had the privilege to meet with Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister of Railways, Electronics & IT and Telecom early this week. We shared our updates of the Applied Materials expansion project in India – an ambitious leap of faith that will build a state-of-art R&DE center in India that will bring together Applied Materials tech leadership and the best of semiconductor equipment supply-chain and the academia to fast-track innovation for the next decade.
Our announcement to establish a new engineering center in India over the next four years in India has been a leap of faith – built on trust. It heralds a new future tech industry for India – the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry – and its downstream semiconductor manufacturing industry!
It is sincerity and simplicity that builds trust, it is trust that builds relationships, it is relationships that build industries and industries that build nations.
